No rain. No wind. No sun. No moon. No light. No darkness. Just constant and perpetual lightening, and the constant ring of thunder. A true display of the wrath of a storm. Lightening will continue to strike at all times. In the center, the Pillar of Wrath itself. And this is all quite close to the city. But at a safe enough distance so that the lightening could not touch it. The entire field is totally empty. Rumors have spread withing Lucifers Brood that a strong looking Dragon has been sighted within the clouds.
