Tried reading Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist, had some good rating etc and then I thought something after a few chapters.

where are all the womens?

I looked at the tags, there's no shoujo or yaoi or any of that crap.

I'm confuse

But by looking at the tags, it is josei, hence still a female demographic.
Plus when you look at the covers of the others manga published in the same magazine than Makai, it's full of bishōnen and there is even one yaoi.

Don't blame the MAL tags just because the manga didn't fit your expectations. It's tagged accurately as Josei. Both Shoujo and Josei tend to have a lot of bishounens. And from reading the synopsis you can tell that it has a male lead (William), a male co-lead (Dantalion), and has male side characters (the candidates who want to become king). That should have given you a clue that it would focus mostly on male characters.

If you enjoy it, why not keep reading it? Utako Yukihiro is such a talented artist.

Just a friendly warning, but don't dismiss a series because it's been tagged with BL subtext/hint, etc. I've seen series tagged with BL that didn't have any, other than rampant fans imagination.
