Any recommendation for Mangas/Animes like Oyasumi PunPun?

I've tried my best to find psychological mangas like Oyasumi PunPun, but I think I've run out of similar Mangas. Hopefully with elements of depression. Doesn't necessarily have to be reality depiction mangas.

I mean I cannot guarantee it is similar since I haven't read oyasami punpun yet but I have heard that those two share some similarities

You may like Kokou no Hito. It doesn't have the best first few chapters but it gets better the more you read, deals with similar psychological aspects as Punpun and also has some of the best art i've seen in manga too.

Hmm… I haven't read Punpun yet (so maybe my recommendation will be uncalled), but those "dark psychological" manga (featuring depression and such) aren't that rare.
My fav' one is Zankoku na Kami ga Shihai suru.

You should read What a Wonderful World!, Inio Asano's other masterpiece. Ayako by Osama Tezuka and Monster are my favorite manga and anime (there's a Monster manga); they're dark and depressing psychological dramas, but Monster doesn't have a depressed protagonist.

You should try Homunculus! I just recently finished it and while they're not extremely similar, they have some common themes that make up a good story.
