Request birthday cards HERE!!!!

Here you can request birthday cards for your Friends.
This is how you request:

Name: The name of the one your giving the card.
Personal message: The message you want to give the birthday kid.
Picture: The picture you want to use as the birthday card. Under a spoiler tag. and if you want a HQ, use a picture bigger than 400x400


If you want to request in poster style you use this request form:

Name: (The name of the one your giving the card.)
Personal message: (The message you want to give the birthday kid.)
Picture: (The picture you want to use as the birthday card.)
Text color: (The color of the text)



*Note*

You can only request 2 of each. If you're requesting a card to someone, and want to give it yourself, you have to Rehost it into your own server. (Photobucket, Tinypc etc...)
