Looking For Action Anime / Manga with OP MC Recommendations

Examples that I like are One Punch Man, Overlord, Assassination Classroom.

Naruto and Sasuke are not considered OP mc, even though they are strong, but there's still Kaguya, Madara, Toneri, Kinshiki, Momoshiki, etc that over power him or tie with them, not them overpowering them by significant amount.
Eren from Attack On Titan is not considered OP mc, he has strong titan form, but there are still others that over power him, such as Beast Titan, maybe Levi + Mikasa Ackerman, etc, well he just isn't wrecking, even though he wreck in 1v1, there's barely 1v1 in this anime.
Goku and Vegeta are not considered OP mc, even though they're strong, but they don't totally ace through, there's Beerus, Whis, Vados, god of the 12 universes, etc etc etc.

I don't mind OP from training, development, or power up progression, but I prefer OP from the start just for satisfaction and laugh lol. Please recommend the manga and anime with good art and animation too.

Alucard from Hellsing is pretty much invincible. If I were you I'd watch Hellsing Ultimate, since it's newer and has better animation.
