Director's cut version

We already know that first season have a director's cut version, meaning the episodes have deleted scenes and uncensored. I wonder why BD anime always adding an extra scenes, can you mention one of BD that have extra scenes?

I am lacking information, but is the season 2 have a director's cut too?
When the first season BD released, does that mean it doesn't have director's cut?
What fansubs already do the director's cut of this anime?
