Manga/anime difference

Hey folks! I know what I'm going to ask is really specific, so I don't blame anyone if they don't want to deal with it. Guess I'm appealing to big Medaka Box fans with this. Anyway.

I watched the anime and of course loved it, and now I want to continue the story by reading the manga. However, I don't want to start at the beginning of the story all over again in the manga. I was told where the story dropped off in the anime so I know what chapter to start at, but I was also told the story got moved around a little bit.

So my ridiculous question is, what chapters have story in them that wasn't in the anime?

Heh.. I know it's somewhat of a ridiculous question. I just have an issue re-reading things I've watched, so I would have a lot of trouble getting through the first 50 chapters of story I already know. However I don't know if there's anything crucial that I would be missing that comes up later on in the manga, or even just character growth that didn't get a chance to pop up in the anime due to restraints.

Anyway, I know it's a lot to ask for, so I guess I don't expect too much. However, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There is nothing crucial to be missed.
I mean I skipped like 5 episodes of the anime and I still missed nothing so you'll be fine.
Start from chapter 56.
