| Im looking for a romance anime in which the male main character is in a relationship but isnt happy and he finds someone new, I would like the show to not be too shoujo with overdramatic drama and stuff, if the current GF of the main comes out to be equaly good a character as the new one and drama acours out of that im fine with it :) from what ive heard golden time fits my criteria, is that true ? if not what else anime can you guys recommend me? :D thanks in advance, Spyclist :D |
| NANA perefctly describes what you're looking for, although the main character is not a male. (It's also only a shoujo in name). Because of that you may be a little skeptical about watching NANA, but if you give it a shot, you'll understand how perfectly it satisfies what you're looking for. A manga answer would be Hetakoi. |

| Yes Golden time fits the bill. Its almost the same scenario as u described. All the male/female MCs are developed good enough and have relevance. Just watch it. its fun from ep1 to end :D |
