I have a 3DS XL, the old one and I have 29 games, missing a few titles but here are some games I recommend:

I really enjoyed the download game Gunman Clive. It's also on PC, but the 3D effect in this game is really beatiful, so I recommend the 3DS version.

One game that I recommend is Kid Icarus Uprising. The controls are a bit weird, but the story, the humor, and the gameplay are all awesome.

I would recommend Stella Glow. The story is excellent and it has tactical role playing gameplay similar to the Luminous Arc series on the DS.
