| No, not because of school. We all hate school. Right? QC's latest page CAD's latest two pages As you can see, history was made; in my mind anyway. QC's best page ever, and CAD's worst page ever, in one day. QC might become even better now, and CAD might have just killed itself. I know that this could be in the seperate webcomic threads, but...eh. Is there ever a time when the Friday page comes out and you were left on a cliffhanger so badly that you wanted it to be Monday so badly? |
| Well, its monday. I like where CaD is going actually. I think they would make great parents to a small bundle of video game-ness. However QC the current storyline less. I just don't like Sven's character mostly, and I think this whole situation is probably going to somehow loop around into hurting Fae. Also, poor Hanners for waking up in strange places. :( |

| There was quite the uproar on the CAD thread on the RvB site. I think half of us (me included) wanted to shoot ourselves in the face after Lilah annouced that she was pregnant. But with the next two pages (today's included), I'm giving Tim a chance to see where this change in the story goes. As for QC; it's simple. Faye finally got some action(confirmed with today's page). This new relationship will either go well and make the story even better, or like you said; will loop around into hurting Faye. I think that Faye and Sven can fix each other up with their problems. It's got real good potential. |
| I could buy Fae being able to cure Sven of his womanisation issues, but honestly I don't see Sven contributing much to curing Fae's issues. Basically, any of her confidence issues that are going to be fixed by simply taking action and sleeping with Sven would have been equaly fixed no matter what (single) boy she chose to hook up with. Heck, I think the annoying Angus McWhatever from the coffee shop would have even worked. EDIT: So as not to double post, I'll edit. In QC, Faye seems to be regretting her decision. Which leads me to think a) she is going to be hurt by it, or b) they didn't actually sleep together. |
