Didn't we have another topic like this? Anyway, I'll always recommend Galbadia Hotel.

The problem I found with Galbadia, while they do have quite the archive, is the files tend to be very low bitrate. I've grabbed stuff from them as low as 64kbit, and never higher than 160. Horrible on the ears if you have any real sort of sound system. They often tend to lack correct (or any) ID3 tags. >.< But it is great for finding older or more obscure stuff that just isn't available in beautiful high quality (320kbit mp3, or more preferably flac) torrents.

That's the reason why I go there, I can find (almost) everything, especially games soundtrack. I know the quality is not the best, but more often then not you don't notice it. I was able to find certain OST only thanks to that site, so I believe I should give back the favor =)

Tokyo Tosho is good as well. Well, for discographies of the artists that do the OP's and ED's themselves anyway. That's how I got properly hooked to Maximum The Hormone and Do As Infinity.

gendou is better for individual songs and such. nipponsei has a really large collection of osts, on the other hand. although, for older releases, you should download off their irc since torrenting is really slow when you only have one seeder.

The Air Gear OST is REALLY good. You can get most of the songs on Gendou. I loved it.

I've been looking for the Honey & Clover II insert songs everywhere. Amazon doesn't have it, cdjapan neither, well it's only Kazenagi by Suga Shikao.
