Also there is OVA bundled with last volume of manga that will be out in April. I wonder what will be about.

I don't know how to feel about Kaori's future. It seems pretty apparent that she's got something life-threatening going on, but I somehow get the feeling that it is one of those situations where the writers are leading us to believe that she's going to die (based on all the flags they've been chucking around) but she will, instead, end up severely disabled or unable to perform. I read a couple of spoilers and this seems like a possible route. I think I'll go pick up the manga and see what happens.

Not sure if Kaori and Arima will actually end up together - she knows she's not going to be around and I've always got the feeling that she's holding back a little whenever they have a romantic moment, and she diverts to attention to his piano playing instead.
