Mysterious Girlfriend: After story?

Would anyone else love to see their relationship after high school, maybe college, maybe marriage? I don't know I would just love to see the characters grow more, and just get more out of the series, anyone else?

There are like 98 chapters?
The last one i read was

And I believe there are more chapters after that, so i am not 100% caught up
But i would love to see more of this manga, It is without doubt one of my favourites
