Josei recs?

Hey all,

I got out of anime/manga for awhile and now that I'm working at a library, I'm out of control again. ^_^ When I pretty much stopped reading manga, I was still a teen and therefore super into shojo and not much else. However, now that I'm twenty-something, I've been wanting to read something a little more realistic. I recently started reading NaNa and I can't get enough of it!

Does anyone have any recs for something similar to that? I've been reading shojo to pass the time, but I'm really wanting something a little more mature. I just don't know much about josei or writers of josei since this is my first series I've ever read in that genre.

I think 7seeds is josei, i havent read any shoujo but its completely different from the rest of my list.

I haven't read any josei manga but here are some great anime I watched that have been adapted from manga:

Nodame Cantabile
Chihayafuru
Hachimitsu to Clover
Ristorante Paradiso
Spice and Wolf is also great and available as a manga but it's originally a novel^^

It's literally written as one of her fav...

Maybe try Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan, it's quite short but gold
