Cannot find translation

Why is nobody willing to translate this awesome series ? Only the first four volumes are available, that's too bad because this is a wonderful series.

If you're still looking for an English translation, Viz Manga was publishing it for a while. It looks like they got up to vol 13 before stopping.

Those are actually stories cherry-picked by Viz editors and not in the order of original publication.
