Can't find "The barber" manga anywhere?

i've seen plenty of torrents with false links, a lot of links that just have the cover with no info. i'd love to read this manga, but it appears it's disappeared from the universe...

Spent the last 16 mins looking for it, This was the closest I could find.

Otherwise it really probably isn't published, just like stated on mal and from searching in both Japanese & English titles.
