Does anyone happen to know which group will be subbing and how soon. AN estimate is all I'm looking for.

THORA have Ghost in the Shell: Arise in the active projects section of their website so I'd assume they are working on it, I'd also guess Commie are going to do it since they did the past two.
For the last ones it took about 1-2 weeks from raws coming out to subbed versions being released, and the raw only just came out so expect that length of time until they are done.
Then again Commies release might be later since the new season is just starting so their crew might all be busy at the moment.

Thanks for that, I just got around to downloading it. I can't wait to watch it despite Arise not even comparing to the movies or Stand Alone Complex.
