| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- "Art should be touching and touching means tears." - When Peppino said that I couldn't help but link it to the ancient bias towards drama/tragedy and against comedy/lighthearted stuff when it comes to critical acclaim. It's not that dominant anymore, but that kind of thinking will never die out. I also liked Concetta's thoughts about how the poor people treat them warmer than the rich people even though hey might get more money from them. I still think it's the right thing to do to perform at that ranch to earn a lot of money for the rest of the journey. The talk between Marco and Fiolina at the end of the episode was also nice, there were a bunch of good dialogues in this episode. |
