| Does anyone else drink coffee to relax? I find myself enjoying my coffee at night, an hour or two before bed. Is an iced coffee on a summer night enjoyed by anyone else, or am I just weird? Mind you that I brew mine strong, I don't care for decaf. I generally have 3-500mg of caffeine a day, so I think I've more-or-less built up a tolerance to it. |

Lol, I used to abuse the hell out of caffeine, taking upwards of 1K mg per day. Note that I take ADHD meds too (which are basically prescription amphetamines as far as I'm concerned) so the caffeine just boosts it. I am proud to say I no longer ingest caffeine on a daily basis, and when I do, it's usually just an RC cola or something. What does this have to do with the topic? Nothing lol. |
