Takanashi is the youngest member of the staff, he is only 16.
He grew up with 3 big sister, dressed as a girl(probably got bullied at school for that) and without a father figure.
All of his sister are weirdos, he got beat up by Kozune all his life (that's why his body is resistant). Pretty much every older girl he knows bullied him/are weird.
His obsession with cute thing is clearly here because of his past as a girl, he's also clearly not a pedo since he has no romantic/sexual attraction to them.

I don't know why he is getting that much hate.
