Why does Teen Titans Go get hate for doing what anime does all the time?

I love Teen Titans Go. I laugh my ass off when I watch it. And yes, I'm still a fan of the original. I love parodies and series that make fun of themselves with ridiculous humor and such.

I mean the show DID SAILOR MOON'S TRANSFORMATION

This is amazing.

THIS SHOW CAN DO NO WRONG.

Go really made Robin a comedic character by making fun of how overly serious he was in the 2003 cartoon. It's a pretty interesting juxtaposition between 2003 Robin and Go Robin. One is somewhat a gary stu and the other being a butt monkey.

YES.
That's one of my favorite parts of Go. XD OCD CONTROL FREAK ROBIN.

How can anyone NOT think that's funny to look at? XD

That was my honest opinion of why, since I think they (creators and such) should have just left Teen Titans in the past and created new content. Such as all these new awesome shows like Adventure Time and Rick and Morty.

Side Note: In my original post I mentioned "shows these days". Examples: Gumball, Clarence (apologies to Clarence fans), and Total Drama (New). etc. etc.
They didn't create new content but they did try to take it in another direction. Those shows you mentioned are comedic slice of lifes so you can't expect them to be deep( Clarence is actually a great slice of life and reminds me of when I was a kid). That's like expecting K-On to be deep.

but it doesn't change the fact that cartoon network is still a channel marketed toward children
The first cartoon was for kids.

Most of these children probably never knew TT existed before GO aired.
Most of the 2000's kids who are adults now and only watched the cartoon don't even know Teen Titans existed before the 2003 cartoon.

That was my point. All i'm saying is that it was marketed towards US as children. Kids today, as all generations, are different. So, if the kiddies today decide they want a TT continuation or whatever then maybe the network would potentially consider it.

Telling me that the 2000s kid didn't know the comics (i'm assuming that's what you mean) didn't exist til TT cartoon only furthers the point I was trying to make
