In the subtitles that I saw, it says there was gas in the tunnel.
But for me, there should not be any oxygen in that place ... For a moment I thought that she would appear "sick" in the end, for not having enough oxygen.

EDIT: I went to see the wiki, and said "toxic gas accumulation" ... anyway, I wonder how it will have come out of there

I do not understand are in brazil or in central america I see Mayan ruins and similar deserts in the north of Peru (the deserts with water lagoons that happens in time of the child's phenomenon) in this episode all mixed.

How did Atsuko get out though? Without taking the golden pot too
Shame, I kinda like Vanessa and now she's gone :(
Should have become Atsuko's partner than that bald-ish guy

It's going forward so fast, just the episode before Atsuko was like "I'm givin' up"
Now she's already found what she's going to do

Well it's pretty nice she got back her goal.. maybe not the same one, but finding Michiko is what she's going to do first

That was so nice, I liked it a lot.
Atsuko's uncertainty being the core of the whole episode was so good that I'd let pass the whole using a lighter in place filled with gas and then being able to get out of it without too much explanation.

Shouldn't there been an explosion when lighting a flame where there is gas? Anyway, it was good to had an episode about Atsuko.

An entire episode about Atsuko and what happened to her after the incident. She basically had to retire and is now a normal police officer in a small town. At first I thought this story took place in the past. I wasn't expecting an entire episode about her.

There were also many memories of when she and Michiko were teenagers, looting to help the other children and that stuff, they were great friends.

That girl and this plot of the vase was very irrelevant and literally did nothing, especially that girl, what a wasted character and how did she escaped from the crypt?

It doesn't matter because she is back on her hunt for Michiko and she has a new clue. That image of Hiroshi in the newspaper appeared again so is going to be very important, is already being but I don't understand, is that image new or what?

I like the focus being on the black girl instead of our usual girl. It was interesting to see her point of view on life. I deeply appreciate her sacrifice even getting demoted because her friend wasn't in good shape when she first found her her personality is very independent.
I also like the new girl that's introduced personally I don't really like the dynamic between women falling in love with a man that for some reason ends up leaving but the same time it makes sense for their world. There's so many problems in life going on that they try to delusion themselves with petty things like love, religion and all sorts of things
