Quite the old game, but an incredible one, definitely 10/10. I'm currently working my way through Monster Hunter Tri and Xenoblade Chronicles.

I really want to play Xenoblade Chronicles. Now that I have time to play the damn thing's sold out from GameStop. Can't find it for less than 100 now.

I think I'll just hunt for Skies of Arcadia instead. c:

Xenoblade Chronicles is out of print & sold out from GameStop & Nintendo. I was going to get it from GameStop but didn't realize they didn't have many. Skies of Arcadia I can emulate, and I can get a copy used for around 50. I just want to play a really good JRPG while I have some free time.

With a good computer, you could emulate Xenoblade Chronicles too :P. But yeah I see your point, it's not that rare where I'm from as far as I know, though I bought my copy at release.

I could, but I don't want to. =P I have a laptop that could do it, but I don't like putting that much strain on it. To get that game I prob could call a bunch of local shops & hunt it down used. But, I don't want to play it that bad, lol. I'll just borrow it from someone one day.

I loved Xenogears as a kid xD.

I just picked Phantasy Star Online 2 up again, so I was wondering, any club members play it? If so, what ship are you on?

Well,Oblivion & Skyrim are pretty addictive. You can literally spend hours and hours on them without stopping. You just get so into it and they're pretty fun, too.Quests are never boring imo.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Those are great games. Spent a lot of time on both of them. I kinda liked Skyrim more, the viking atmosphere was very well recreated, great graphics and soundtrack. I wished that they kept some things from Oblivion though, like the fact that enemies leveled at the same time as you did. In Skyrim once you get the dragon armor the game is pretty easy for the most part.

Haha, yep that's right!I kinda liked the story in Skyrim more, makes you feel like you're really living in those time and makes you wonder if things were really like that back then. Also, the nature in Skyrim is somehow more nice than in Oblivion. But Oblivion has some awesome quests, too.Even though it's tedious at times, the Vampire Cure quest is one of the more engaging game moments. And I heard the Dark Brotherhood storyline was one of the best, but I'm stuck on it currently, because I don't have a big lockpicking skill.

Never did the vampire cure quest. I fount being a vampire pretty useful in Oblivion. It gave you a lot of health and strength. But it was a bit annoying when having to do some daytime quests. In Skyrim never became a vampire. The werewolf transformation was pretty cool and useful in the beginning and kept it. I used to transform into one and then attack some small forts like that.
As for lock-picking, I used to save the game before starting cracking the lock and used the auto pick option. If I used too many needles I reloaded the game. Did the same thing for Skyrim, but no auto pick option there :(

Yeah and you even ran faster.I made a save just before I drank the cure,so I can continue the game as a vampire sometimes.Kinda like those choices you make in some games XD Haha,no auto picking in Skyrim.Personally I find picking locks in Skyrim easier tbh.

Yeah, in Skyrim the lock pick level doesn't really matter. If you have a low level and try to pick a hard lock the needle brakes after 1 or 2 tries. The heigher the level the more tries with the same needle you have. It's more about luck. If you manage to find the right spot on the first try that the lock is cracked. As in Oblivion, with a low level it's almost impossible to crack a high level lock.

Absolutely and it's sooooo frustrating. That's why I'm going around picking and buying lockpicks now, because I want to continue the Brotherhood quest,it's pretty interesting >< Do you think there's a place when they train your lockpicking skill? Maybe the thief's guild,I don't know....

I think that the skill level increases even if you brake the lockpick. All skills gain exp from the number of uses not from number of successful attempts. So don't know if it's the most efficient way but in the dark brotherhood hideout, where the beds are, there should be some high level locks there. So you can try to autopick them. But you'll have to spend quite a bit on lockpicks. You can buy them from the reptilian guy in dark brotherhood. So just sleep/rest for 24h-48h (can't remember the shop reset time) and his stock should be replenished.

Thank you again for the advice,I will do as you say! Money's not a problem,I have 5k or so earned.I even considered buying a house, but I don't know how much they cost in Oblivion. It's cool to have your own personal space and not going around to sleep in other houses, although the quests require it XD

Yeah a house is great to store your stuff in. But in Oblivion you can avoid buying a house. You can store your stuff at the samurai temple in the north of the map, where you can join your first guild in the game( can't remember the name of the place). So there, in the basement trainghall there should be a chest. You can pour all your stuff in that chest and they won't be stolen.

You can also use the horse (Shadowmere?) as storage, he/she is an important character in the game and can't be killed, but once knocked unconscious, can be looted. So you can literally knock it out, store your items on it, and wait for it to stand up. Then, when you want to get them back, just knock it out again and loot it. Though I'm not too sure if this exploit has been fixed in the recent years, I haven't played Oblivion in a good few years.

You know what? I don't know if you have a PS2,but I have to tell you that the PS2 version of NFS Hot Pursuit 2 is so much better than the PC version.Somehow the police chases you more eagerly, there's more chatter between them and they're more scattered around the map.And even the car handling seems better.I was astounded when I saw it and I thought to myself 'How could I have missed it?'
