also if Fmab and HxH still have little to no issues regarding production quality, and it's no shock a two decade old production may not be as stunning as jump's newest bet

MAPPA is known for CGI, arguably the best at utilizing it in the business and yes there’s clearly some CGI in the show. That’s obvious. Ever since that leaked footage we’ve seen clips from that same scene in the episode 1 preview and it looks great. Cause it’s not shot on a flip phone from 800 yards away. If anybody was seriously “wary” from that leak they need their brains checked. FMAB and HxH were good for their time but if they were done in cours like most anime are today they’d have been way better quality wise

To a certain extent, I prefer that they take their time, so it will also give time for part 2 to progress and we will not have to wait 5 years between part 1 and part 2 to see them animated.

Mappa is certainly known for CGI, but it's undeniable it isn't always for the best, as seen with the AoT fiasco which is self-explanatory. I didn't see new leaks but im not giving the final say, stating that good animation = single cours and bad animations = more cours is simply a non sequitur, many badly produced series had a single cour, many of the best animated ones recently had 2. If it had some roadmap or a part 2 was announced shortly after then no problem at all, it's just weird since the source material could perfectly fit in a single season

AOT fiasco as you call it was mostly cause of bad scheduling as I recall it. They didn’t have that much time to work on S4 part 1. CGI was fine in part 2. They weren’t new leaks it was an official episode preview and it had sequences from the same scene and shows how it actually looked which is in line with what we saw from the trailers, arguably even better. I never said that non single cours = bad animations. Simply that if you want the absolute best quality that a single cour is usually the best way to go about it. All of part 1 could fit in a single season if they wanted it to, but MAPPA’s stated they wanted this to be the “ultimate animation” so 1 cour is the way to go. I also believe that since most of the CSM team is working on JJK S2 which is coming next year that played into the only 1 cour aspect too. And since part 2 of the manga is bi weekly now if they did adapt all of part 1 in a single season there’d be an extremely long gap between when we’d see part 2 animated and they don’t want that
