What's an anime you thought you'd give a high score at first but ended up giving it a low score? Or something you thought would be low but ended up getting a high score?
| 1-When I first heard Platinum End has same mangaka as death note I was really hyped for that shit and when I saw first ep I thought it was easy 8 but as it progress the plot became so boring and opposite of death note characters were so dumb, generally it was worse than your average Isekai. 2-At first to me Odd Taxi was some seasonal anime which come and go but when i saw art style and as story progress and we meet all these perfect character it became more and more something special and what a mind blowing ending. |
| 1) About the first qestion: - Boku no Hero Academia, it started good and promising then I ended up hating it after some time. - Arcana Famiglia, the first episode was really good, unfortunately it was the only good episode of the and it had a pretty bad conclusion so 3/10 since some characters were likeable at least. - Mondaiji, the synopsis looked nice then the MC was a disgusting sh*tbag so I had to put a 1 to it. 2) About the second question: - Radiant, I literally fall asleep more than once waching the first episodes but after some point it was pretty good but since the very bad beggining I gave it a 5/10 and then the second season came and it was extremely good it got much better and I gave it a 8/10. - Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi, I didn't know what to think after episode 2 then I decided to turn off my brain and it became awesome. I probably rated the anime a little higher than what I actually think but it adapted the best part of the series imo. - Shuumatsu no Harem, I was thinking that it would be an easy 3 or even less, but it ended being interesting enough for me to wanting to watch the next episode every week, I was planning in a 6/10 but I decided a 7/10 for a little bonus. |
| is this a zombie started off really good and i was sure i would give it a 10 and it'd be one of my favs. unfortunately halfway through the first season, it just got too convoluted and boring for me to really enjoy it as for the second, i didn't think it'd be a LOW score per-se, but i was not expecting my dress up darling to get a perfect 10 from me - i give a lot of ironic 10s but no this one i meant with all my heart |
| 1) Terror in Resonance > first couple episodes were really strong, but it was all downhill from there. I thought I would give it a 9, but ended up a 6. 2) Golden Kamuy > like a lot of people who watched it, I thought the first couple episodes were pretty "meh", and the bad CG didn't help. But I decided to keep watching it and I'm glad I did. It's a really unique show, managing to mix a bunch of different genres (action, adventure, historical, comedy and even cooking) into one cohesive story without ever dropping the ball with any one of them. Also, it is THE funniest anime I've ever watched in my life (yes, funnier than Gintama. It's not even close). |
