Sometimes I just think it stems from people that are too embarassed, or too self conscious. The whole, "I'm afraid to do those things, so you're not allowed to do them" mentality. Not that it's bad to be embarassed or self conscious--I'm talking about people who would couple that with a need to control others.

Oh look, another bi-boy ^.^ I was starting to think it was mostly bi-girls around here....

Ah. I'm more used to hearing about bi-girls. It depends on what you see and hear for yourself of course, but it seems like they're more socially accepted. It's the same with crossdressing. Dress a girl up in boy's clothes, and she's cute. Dress a boy up in girl's clothes, and he's looked at funny -_-;;;

I have a friend who keeps offering to dress me in her gothic lolita, but I must admit, I'm becoming sorely tempted to accept the offer. Maybe I'd look good in a corset... XD

it's the other way around for me. I am female and I am sexually attracted to females more than to males. But at the same time, I really hate girls and can never get along with them. I've only ever had crushes on males.

I can't imagine you hating every single girl in existence, so I'll ask, what trait(s) do you not like? Cause there are all kinds out there.

Personally I seriously dislike it when people try to convert me to "girly girl"-ism or ask stupid questions like 'why do you wear baggy pants' (it's comfortable, duh). But at the same time I love elegant beauties and don't mind if they're overly feminine and flaunting it. I adore them in fact. :D It's just not for me, I would feel terribly uncomfortable.

"Bi-girls" are mostly regarded as indecisive or just fooling around. Like, she just doesn't find the right guy. So I deduce it's not that great to be a bi girl, either, with these common perceptions.

Also, tomboys are largely tolerated up to a certain age but at least when they're high school age they're expected to stop the silliness and become a proper girl. :/

Of course I agree that a boy should be able to be himself and free to do things such as crossdressing, but that likely won't be accepted all too soon. That said the girl counterpart isn't exactly appreciated either, think man-hating lesbian stereotype. It has to do with the fact that the concept of masculinity still goes largely unchallenged. Actually gender roles in general do. Everything that doesn't go along the traditional views is considered 'feminazi' nonsense. Biological determinism for the fail, I say! We're individuals, not constituted merely of our genitals.

I don't really agree with you, cause i'm 'Bi' and I've known since I was younger and I'm still am. For me it's not because I can't decide it's just that I'm attracted to both, but never at the same time. But then again there are people who are 'Bi' only because they want to experiment or something, so yeah.

But Bi-guys aren't indecisive?

I'm actually attracted to both genders, even at the same time. I have to include the fact that I always have my phases where I prefer the one gender over the other, but that doesn't mean I don't like both of them.

I'm bisexual as far as sex/fooling around goes, but emotionally I'm more inclined towards other girls, and maybe the occasional guy if he manages to woo me.

So I guess I'm a bisexual lesbian. XD

I'm also Polyamorous as well.

I think a lot of people, rather, a lot of lesbians, are sick of bisexual women because 9/10 of the time they're "college bisexual" or just horny and confused.

Not that there aren't real bi chicks out there, but I understand people's frustration with them.

Speaking for myself, I hate it when people think that just because they have no gender preference they can date one of each at the same time without telling either and it's fine.

Ah, I'm not confused at all. I just love sex, lol.
And I'm the type that would prefer my lovers to know about each other, and make sure they're okay with me having multiple relationships. If not, then it's not like I'd do it behind their backs.

But yes, I'm not horny and confused. I'm just horny. XD

I don't say I'm not horny, but I believe that you should care for one another, not just fuck them and never call them again ((Which is way too much of a cliché btw.)) But I want some more love. ((Not that I wouldn't want to just once hit it, and then leave it behind me, but I can't do that all the time))

I didn't really understand the question as asked, I thought when usually someone says sexual orientation is it how you were introduced to sex, not what you currently are.

My sexual orientation was gay, too young and non-con, but I remained gay anyway throughout my life so far.

Well, one vote cast for" strait but open minded."

I'm ever so secure in my sexuality, and as of late I've been in rather deep introspective thought as to what I could and would be willing to do with other males.

I have a dear friend to thank for this new found awareness, although she may never know it. Oddly enough, the character Soubi, of Loveless fame, has played a central role in my exploration as well.

Funny life, and all that giggly stuff.

Oh, and hi, I'm new.

^^; Sorry. However, what I once observed as a fad a few years ago has seem to sprung into an epidemic. I'm a true bi, but I knew alot of girls who were doing it to be cool or sexy or to fit in. -.- Stupid chicks, really. But it does seem that more and more women are finding love and interests in each other. Short of the necessity to reproduce, I dare say the number of bi women would double. It's likely that one day science will make it possible to reproduce without sex between a man and a woman. :\ Really, it seems it's only a matter of time before we have a Vandread situation on our hands. I feel bad for you poor guys. o.o;;

Not just the estrogens (funny theory btw - it's the new trend to feel sorry for males, isn't it), it's evolution.. the Y chromosome has been shrinking for ages. :P

I don't see any reason to be sorry for mankind though.. I don't believe that anyone who would have been born won't be born. It doesn't make sense.

We won't go extinct either. They've already made a pair of female mice reproduce. Successfully.
