I agree isekai is a garbage tier subgenre to fantasy. Should become a separate genre for sure,so normal people could just exclude it from their searches.

There's no reason why Dementia is a tag but Isekai isn't. If anything the Dementia tag could be rolled into Psychological way better than Isekai can be rolled into fantasy.
