| I assume she has a mix of both: she definitely has Farmer's Tan, but given that she squeals whenever someone or something (especially cold) touches her skin, it's also sign of a sunburn. In Japanese, they use the same word for sunburn and suntan (ひやけ "hiyake"), and assuming that's what she said, then CoalGuys' translation isn't wrong per se, it just depends on interpretation. |

| Azusa's Sunburn/tan/skin disease/what ever the hell you want to call it (jeez.) looks a little unnatural, that's why it bugs me. But then again, its anime so....yeah. Also, damn, even one day in the sun doesn't get you THAT black, I'm surprised she didn't turn into a crisp in this one. |

| someone said it already but Azusa will stop getting burned when they stop doing it in the manga. It's actually one of the main jokes of summer with Azusa going so dark when she's in the sun. It's a point of her having very fine skin, thus being prone to burning and tanning. As for how it looks, I think it looks funny so I don't mind it. |

| I love her normal complexion way better. I rarely get tanned or sunburned (It happened only once in my life, precisely). Maybe because, our country is used to sunny days (we only have 2 seasons lol) |
