Hm, and Fate also saved Subaru's sister back then, who is also now in the forces, hm.. Interesting.. Wonder, if we'll see her sooner or later..
Hm.. So Nanoha is in air forces, and Hayate is in ground forces.. Or at least was - 4 years ago, during that fire..
Nanoha, Fate and Hayate laying in one bed.. ;p
And Hayate wants to reform forces, hm.. Make a group with some tasks?..
Hm.. Mobile group, hm.. Is what they made.. Hm.. Interesting..
Also search of lost knowledge and guard, hm..
Overall, I wonder, what was the argument to form the team in the first place.. Hayate had to get permission and finances, I imagine?.. So what she said, really?.. Well, I guess, she could say something like.. That group will also train new members.. As well as will concentrate on the lost knowledge.. These are new things?.. I imagine training was before as well, though.. Maybe forces didn't concentrate on the lost knowledge at all before, as they said.. But still wonder, how could they form group.. Either way, it is formed.. And nice to see that our heroes will be working together then.. ;P

More flashbacks from 4 years ago, Fate saving the older Nakajima sister.

We learn a bit about Mobile Section 6, Hayate's dream to create her own unit to help out in disasters along with Nanoha & Fate, they recruit both Teana & Subaru.

Subara & Teana failed the test due to their reckless nature, Nanoha let's them know what's important for them going forward in the future.

We get to see Signum, she is getting the new recruits, we meet Erio Mondial one of them, he has to save the other one Caro Ru Lushe with Sonic Move, they land in what all I can say is an awkward position, Caro also has a dragon with her called Freidliche.

Nice to see all the Wolkenritter again and as a part of this new squad.

mostly a setup episode.

i wonder if we're going to grapple at all with the casual child soldiery going on, or if we're just supposed to ignore it as a genre convention, lmao. probably the latter! i mean there was already quite a bit of child soldiery going on in the first two seasons, but it's really front and center here, with these literal child characters having military rank and receiving military training.

in happier news, fate and nanoha are obviously married and have an open relationship with hayate. just look at that flashback scene in the big bed. they come home after spending all night fighting a fire and rescueing people, strip down to t-shirts and panties, and then get into a single gigantic king-sized bed together. there's no heterosexual explanation for this.

i mean i guess there could be one but it's tortured and stupid. they're fucking, your honour. obviously. and it's awesome. work out the stress from hours of hard and dangerous work saving lives, and then flop out on the bed cooling off and listening to the news report afterwards. the dream tbh.

Kinda a slow episode compared to the previous one, but it's just the 2nd one anyway.

Damn, the main trio (and Reinforce II) sleeping on the same bed. Granted it's a large bed anyway.

I find it kinda unique that the show is kinda subversive with its fan-service scenes. Erio would have been slapped if Lyrical Nanoha was more typical. Although honestly, I think Nanoha should have slapped Yuno when she learns that he's actually a boy.
