I did a slightly more difficult one since she was getting all uppity and stuff ;). At a certain point l337 requires enough of a commonality of experience that one can intuit what is being said even if you miss a word here or there.

*emosobbing* doesn't fix anything. There are no "Soulmates" (in the sense of there beign one & only one partner). Even if there were, the person you are currently with is not it. If you are unhappy in a relationship, if it is one sided where one person is taking and never giving. Drop it before you waste anymore of your life. That includes the sexual component.

Personally though, I don't think anyone under 15 should be especially sexual....

It's not sexual. And.. I'm not really unhappy... when I am around her I feel happy and I love talking to her and listening to her. From what she tells me it isnt one sided either. She believes that she loves me enough to be with me despite leaning towards guys more than girls. I personally don't think something like that would ever work out.. so really its up to her if we stay together or not.

Well Ii don't want to be the pessimist on this but that's not necessarily true, people try to convince themselves of one thing knowing that there nature or perhaps way of thinking is pointing them in a different direction, people lie to themselves more then they lie to others to make things easier on themselves or to prevent feeling bad about an action. masking ones self is easy taking it back off is hard. really though you should try and get her to understand what she really wants, watch "Kissing jessica stein" (its a good movie at lest look it up on imdb)

But what is the reason for wanting to be with her? I know a lot of people in the polyamorous community. It seems they are constantly in a game of Trade-up (once they feel they've got to the top of what they can get, they tend to become monogamous). There are two main flavors of asexuality. There are those with low sex drive, they generally do not do much, sex drive is tied to creativity and activity in general. The others are those with some form of hang-up which gives them an aversion to sex (& a whole lot of baggage in a relationship).

I don't think it's a matter of being optimistic or pessimistic. If anything, you should just be realistic, because if you're too far on a negative or positive side it will either lead to paranoia or great disappointment/sadness. In any case, you should still have a fair amount of optimism about it, but if something bad DOES happen, you shouldn't be surprised.

Sorry if it sounds negative, I just have my fair share in experience of getting hurt more when I'm "optimistic" about something so I think it's easier if you balance it out.

At any rate, if you guys are meant to be, it will work it's way out. And if not, there are plenty of other fish in the sea. Plus, you're still young and you have plenty of time. ^^

I was a virgin and had never dated before when I came out to everyone. I just knew that I was completely attracted to women and that's who I was going to date in the end ^_^.

May I join in on the theoretical stuff? I call myself bisexual, although I only dated girls to this point. That didn't keep me from falling in love with guys, but if they are straight there is no point in trying anymore. The only thing I tried my best is to forget them (Which I seem unable to do so). (PS. being only 16 it isn't all that strange for me to not have tasted both flavours ;))

And @-Kyo: Just try to see things as they are, and try to enjoy as much of your time together as you can. Even if you guys eventually break up, she can't steal your memories of the two of you. Just be happy that you have each other! I understand that you want to think of your future too, but don't make your vision on what's going to happen rule/ruin your life!
