| After scrolling through this whole thread, I think I've never felt less attacked by people criticizing a show I love. It's really funny how people get upset over minor details. I love Psycho Pass, Ghost in the shell and Monster and this thread hasn't changed anything about that. It's filled with three years of nothing. |
| Only watched a few eps of both series, what they say is correct tho. GITS>Psychopass. What psychopass has got over gits is its newer animation. By newer I don't mean better. |

| Even though GITS movie has fantastic ost and a plot that sounds amazing on paper, it still is very boring at times. Before watching it, I didn't know a 1.5 hour movie could be boring. The series, SAC, on the other hand is absolutely amazing. I don't think Monster should be even compared here. It is one of the best thrillers and not a cyberpunk in any way. As for the villains, Johan Liebert is the most overrated villain in anime history. He is unique and great, yes, but certainly not the greatest. The way people talk about him is ridiculous. Makishima, imo, is way better than Johan. |
