| Do you like to watch fullmetal alchemist in either japanese audio with english subs or english audio OR if you're from a different country then what language (french, chinese etc.) I like the english dub, I think it's simply amazing how good the voice actors are. I've watched the japanese audio english sub and I just didn't like it as much, but I do like a lot of animes way more in japanese than english (death note, azumanga daioh etc.) |

| Definitely the Japanese voices. I'll admit that the English voices for FMA were definitely above average from what we usually get, but yeah. I enjoyed the Japanese voices a lot more than the English ones. |

I sometimes watch anime with french subs too but that's really rare (only if I can't find ther version ^^") Back to the topic If we're talkin 'bout FMA - only english subs Somehow I can't stand dub (evn though it IS so much better than other series...) probably because this anime is too good to be changed ^^ |

| Funimation did a pretty good job with the Dubs compared to most of their other works, *cough* you all know what i'm talking about, But Subs will almost always beat dubs. |

| Well mine's actually kinda weird. My cousin got me into this anime and when i first saw it it was in japanese dub spanish sub, then english dub and sometimes japanese dub english sub.... and i like how the voice actors give it's characters it's voice. so i actually don't mind who's voice acting the character..... the should match the character's personallity. |

| I just heard the Japanese voices today on my new FMA DVD n_n I like them ALOT, Ed's voice especially. I must give props to the English dub though, I think it's really good. Especially compared to the usual poor quality English dubs. |

| Nothing can compare to Rie and Romi. The Japanese cast was so well picked out and so well done as was everything else in the anime. Even if the English dub is a 'better' dub, it still is a dub that cannot compare to the original cast. |
| I have only watched the english dub, so I wouldn't know for sure if it's better than the sub. Even if the sub was/is better, I would still only watch the dub. Although, there's no real point in watching FMA at all since I have already watched it from beginning to end twice. |

| I watched the whole FMA anime (and the movie) in English. Also, the first time I saw FMA was on Adult Swim, so the dub was the first thing I saw and I really enjoyed the voices. But I have seen episodes (and part of the movie) in Japanese with subs, and love the Japanese voices too. ^w^ So I voted for English seeing as that's the most I've seen. XD; I also like listening to other language dubs, just to hear how my favorite characters sound like in another language. XD; |

| Japanese, of course, not only because it is the original language, but also for the respect we should give to the work of the people who created this wonderful series. and another reason why I only watch anime in Japanese is that the characters lose the feeling that they use to have in the original Japanese work sorry if the english is not to good ^^ |
| Dubbed. I think this is one series where it actually works better in English- the world is based more on European culture, and the English voices for Ed and Al sound more believably like young teenage boys. Especially since Al -was- played by a young boy... |
