I don't think Lolis or even Waifus would be your biggest concern with this show, in fact I don't think anything sexual will even stay in your head after binge watching the 2 seasons
But no there's no real loli fanservice. No fanservice at all unless you count character design as fanservice but that happens in every anime from One piece to Shin Chan

I don't remember any ecchi type scenes. and I think there is only one character that can even be categorized as "lolli" and that's Beatrice and she couldn't be farther from ever being sexualized. but I wasn't a big fan of re:Zero so take my opinion with a grain of salt. tbh Subaru is worse then any loli shenanigans that could ever take place outside of hentai.

and for your question "is there any Loli in Re:Zero?", the answer is yes but they're are not sexualized at all. except the one character that will appear in S3 (if they're not gonna censor it), but the character is not sexual by nature, it's just because of the outfit.

@YaGurlBrookyT I was talking about Capella or potentially Liliana. I agree that Beatrice is not lewd, no. Even the two I mentioned who will appear in S3 are more suggestive than outright sexual. Still a bit yikes, which is why some fans would rather see (Liliana specifically) toned down or removed from the adaptation.
