I think that's just a personal opinion at that point. I'm all the way caught up on the Manga and Ruby annoys the crap out of me especially recent chapters and she's my least liked character in the series.

but again that's just for me personally. others might love her. so it's literally just a personal opinion at that point.

In terms right now, yes she is. She is also developed her character abit late into the manga but did gave us a new side of her but currently, her personality is confusing at best of what she really is, maybe that's what Akasaka Aka intended to do to give us this "Is she really lying or having this kind of facade" kind of thing. But do remember she does have a sad upbringing in her past life and she is not really in the stage that she matured cuz she died early in her past life and she is just experiencing teenage stuff and Aqua like Ruby said, acts like an old man. Well that's just me, anyway she just also wants to fulfill her mama's wish for her to become an idol.

Even if many people find her to be annoying, I actually find it to be somehow pretty common since she is more on the cheerful, bubbly and extroverted side. I think that mostly it might be set down in the future episodes, still I can't confirm this to be true at the end of the day.

Yes, she is annoying but it's fine, it's how her personality is you can say that she is kind of apposite of Aqua, since i like characters like aqua so i do find her annoying but it's not like we can do anything the mangaka always add bunch of girls in his every series and she is also a MC, all we can do is watch and enjoy the characters we actually like.
