he just gets outshined by every one in the show, making him very very forgettable.
I dare someone who hasnt watched the show in 3 years(I havent watched it since 7y) to name a thing he did thats not an accidental boob touch or something thats so vague that it even applies to other MCs anime.

The adaptation is not really that good.
MC is not thrash or useless but the ones with the superpowers are the female cast (On a mainly action oriented series) so is an unfair statement to call him thrash just because he doesn’t stand out as much as the girls, which is the main appeal anyway.
Check the manga and you would be able to see if he is indeed thrash.

@ptero93 exactly he is a worthless good for nothing pathetic weak as shit over the top beta loser who is nothing more than an endless fucking dead weight burden on his grp of girls (whom btw due to be such a ball-less chicken shit and maybe even possibly gay due to disinterst in every way toward females) in general and constant girly whining dog shit to each of the girls. There are very few good qualities or at least qualities that men would have (all of his come across as a whining girl or gay). He is a joke of a man a anime insult to men in general.
