| @charnel: It's a good thing drinking cold drinks doesn't make you feel hotter, but yeah, that never being satisfied with the thirst feels familiar, though not really for ice-cold drinks for me. At one point, I have drunk about 5-7l of fluids including whole 1.5l Lipton Ice Tea junk fluids within a few hours. I prefer the taste of tap water, but carbonated water is safer to keep for a longer period of time. Though I prefer to order non-carbonated water if I can trust a restaurant or if I drink everything within a few weeks at most. Yes, I prefer unflavored waters, but I have also tried flavored Volvic and other brands, but they weren't really to my liking Under those circumstances, I can more than understand you wanting to get a break. Well, I'm glad for you that it's going cooler for you as well, then. Yes, one week ago, it was about 30°C here, exactly 1 week later only around the half (16°C) but only because the sun has magically managed to come through the clouds. A few of my colleagues indeed got sick last week, so the sudden temperature changes might have something to do with that. Though 30°C on the 20th of September doesn't really help me much, because the public outside pools are closed and I'm not really up for normal indoor pools and driving to a lake feels like too much trouble. For September, it would be nicer if it stayed around 20-25°C. I'm freezing easily at night and it's a thin blanket with another much thinner cover blanket. Normally, I change the blanket when there are freezing nights in October, but I think I'll go ahead with the thicker one tonight. I haven't gone to any private clinic so I dunno actually. Not at all, it was just once when I got a bit startled over having felt prolonged wobbly which was different from why I went to the doctor for a few days earlier on, but ultimately, even that got fixed with enough intermittent fasting. I'm not really up-to-date with my general checkups, as I prefer not to spend time on going to a doctor when I can apply the medicine like Kamistad Gel myself in the rare case I need it. Sad that I don’t have it in my country, I kinda crave it now. I did try some of flavored carbonated ones as well, thinking I might prefer those over regular carbonated water, but…not of my liking as well. Maybe they weren’t properly dressed and got a bit cold. I know some cases here where people dress for hot temperatures, get used to it, then it gets colder but they stay in the attire similar to what they’ve worn during hotter days and it just happens. I’m glad to have a strong immune system when it comes to these things. I guess that 30°C is probably the last day where temperature got that high. | I called the advisers in relation to other people... Then i asked about my own stuff too finally... What we could do cause id mentioned them often but everyone are way more scared so they dont dare act as much with outsiders... But im just like nuhuh they escalating the fishy we gotta act now... What a lovely human being man jesus christ.... Not sarcastic i mean it.... No shit good people work for this organisation.... I can calm the others now if we go to them as a group now we dont have to fear anything... I was doubtful if we still a member cause they were so quiet about it (OBVIOUSLY) really had to force it through too and talk back to get it through too at thing like jesus... Im glad i made sure we all got it through at meeting years back cause theyll be the only ones able to protect us and on our side when they keep trying to manipulate and f with our rights cause they believe they can unsupervised. |

| @charnel It's meant to be addictive similar to any type of cola. Though there is still the potential conspiracy that the original receipt actually contained dr4gz. I also used to like the lemon flavored one the best. Given that it's not really healthy, it's better that you don't have it in your country. Some things you may only know after trying, though Adelholzener did a better job with their flavored water than Volvic imho It's a possibility but it's kinda sad when people over 20 or even 30 and beyond seem to have become so fragile. Perhaps I'm just lucky since I get enough sun and nourish myself well like with getting enough fluids, salt, vitamins and minerals through meat, sauerkraut, etc. Ginger infusions and black cummin seed oil also have a vitalizing and immune-boosting effect, the latter is even said to heal all sicknesses except for death itself. Though I've only recently started with the latter. Haven't had any noteworthy issues with infections resulting into colds or something in over a decade, though. 30°C may be pushing it, but it's still possible for it to get 20-25°C in October Between 18 and 22°C during the colder periods, perhaps a bit cooler at night. In summer, it can go from 25°C to over 30°C. Right now it's 20.5°C in my living room, in other rooms, I don't have any clocks with temperature readings or a thermometer Thanks, though I should have let the other one be treated there as well, though. When it comes to me being healthy, while I prefer to see myself as that, I know that I could do more with my body if I demanded more of it. But at least, I'm not suffering from physical issues and can walk around without issue, so I've gotta be thankful for that ^^ |
