Im oddly considered quite healthy but I dont feel like it. Have some injuries that never healed right and I have trouble sleeping these days like i used to from years of being under stress.

Second, my teeth are definitely not okay, but it's sooo expensive to have them fixed. I would need to get sealants, root canal fixed (it hurts so much when sweets reach in the side part), gums fixed, cleaning.
Trembling can be caused by a number of causes. It could be B vitamin deficiency would be a key one if your diet is very unbalanced where you eat too much of same things. If you live in a not so developed country and the food is not fortified you may even have a B1 deficiency which can be pretty bad on your brain so you need to do something about that. Otherwise B1 deficiency isnt the most common form. Another possible concern is if you live in an area with a lot of heavy metals in the soil consuming vegetables and fruits etc contaminated with it at high levels.
Are you saying you can not afford to have your teeth treated? You previously had a root canal but it is hurting?

My doctor said it might be because of bad gut bacteria which I have more than I should, so I'm trying to eat healthier and see if that helps. If anyone has good high fiber recipes let me know.
Only way you have more than you should is if you excessively consume probiotics or have an infection I would think. If it is neither try adding kefir to your diet to see if it does anything, assuming you arent allergic to milk in which there does exist kefir water.

Maybe could consider getting a standing desk? Work on a treadmill, work on a stationary bike, or get one of those desk pedal bikes. Though mainly weight loss comes from not eating excess calories, though eating healthier food in general and more regular times might also help.

I am lucky that it's not worse than that, but the clock is ticking - weight affects you more the older you get, so I need to get a handle on it before it reaches that point. I am going on walks and bike rides and count calories when I can. But some days, I binge hard, and I don't know how to stop. It is an overwhelming urge.
Surprisingly, my blood pressure is great, and I am not even pre-diabetic. I even managed to cure my vitamin D deficiency by getting a lot of sunshine this summer. Yay!
You could try to practice mindful eating, basically being very focused on the taste and mouth feel of food and taking your time eating. So dont eat when watching shows or being deep in a conversation This is technically a form of meditation. . Also stay hydrated with water or tea since sometimes it is partially thirst not hunger.
If you crave sugar then substitute or take mixed with some allulose (this is a mirror molecule of fructose) to reduce absorption and this also improves glucose sensitivity. If you want a medication route there is Semaglutide.

I have to get a total hysterectomy due to my mother passing on a mutant cancer gene to me in less than a week but I get 6 weeks off of work for recovery so I guess there's that. I also have hyperthyroidism and my levels have been really hard to control recently due to some recent weight loss even with meds. Trying to find the right dosage of meds atm my symptoms aren't as bad as when I was first diagnosed but my heat intolerance has been really unbearable.
Sorry to hear that. Is this something sudden or have you known you had to have a hysterectomy a while now? I assume this is considered the last resort and it's some aggressive tumor.
For the thyroid you should consider seeing a registered dietician. It may be too much or too little iodine in your diet among other factors.
