| I haven't enjoyed a comic or illustrated story so much I wanted to read the actual light novel to get more. It's a simple read and not always descriptive but extremely engaging with great flow, set up, pay off, and great story telling. The adaption into a manhwa is surprising to me. The illistrator/author hit all the beats and filled/fill in the blanks so well! Now whenever I read the light novel it's *their* style I imagine. Also lets discuss the romance and villain. It's nice seeing roll reversals and seeing a fairy tale 'true love' ending The age gap is rare. I don't like seeing teens with older men/women and I stand by that but if I see one more old man with a teen girl I'm going to rip my hair out and throw my phone on a cushion-y rug. The main character's ages are extremely irrelevant here, it's not ever looked at as "How can we be together with this age gap between us? People will judge! Your parents might say no!" But with this twist on fairy tail endings focusing on the 'wicked' queen I think can see why they did it. But tell me, what do you think? |
