I loved the ending. For whatever reason I love stories where everyone dies at the end, just because it's probably the most dramatic and emotional conclusion a story can have, and characters sacrificing themselves is the best show of passion and devotion, I love it so much. It reminds me of Halo Reach, which I highly recommend, the characters all give it their all, even their lives, one by one for the sake of winning. It's amazing. Or in a more anime sphere Death Parade. Most of the story is episodic, and the new characters in every episode are always dead by the end, it's wonderful. :)

I don't think it's bad, but it could've been better.

David's death was inevitable and that's because of his foolish actions, which make sense. But I can't find a justification for them to end Rebecca in this way.
In my opinion, this is what made the ending "bad", especially after they announced that the series would not have a second season.
