....My iPod's clock went back by a hour. It's not in 2010. So either, the world's MP3 players are malfunctioning and taking over the world or my iPod is just being crappy.

New Zealand has a lower total of sheep but a higher ratio of sheep to humans. Although it's getting lower. It used to be 20 to 1 a few years ago. Now it's like 7 to 1.

im not so great at geography and ive never been to australia, but isnt it pretty much just around the coast thats properly developed?

Pretty much. Mostly the eastern coast. Why? Cos it loves facing New Zealand =)
Although there are the other cities like Perth and Adeliade...
