Is this anime Episodic? I hate Episodic shows so i just wanna know before starting it someday..

More or less, but some episodes are interconnected and there is a cast of recurring characters.

for the most part ya it is episodic, it doesn't necessarily revolve around a major plot

Well some part is episodic

But every 2-3 ep we'll get a small arc that last 2-3 ep

If you really wanted you could watch out of order (not including short arcs) but there is a story that is better enjoyed when watched in order

it is, but isn't at the same time. There are smaller arcs and it's better to watch in order. Watching it randomly is not a good idea, because many characters are introduced and then they keep coming back, so you'd have no clue who they are. The whole story also makes much more sense when you watch it in order, because even though the anime is episodic most of the time, the events all have a meaning in the "big story" and most of them are linked. So if you're considering watching this, definitely do it in order.

Fairly episodic as there isn’t really a story or goal but new characters get introduced and previous episodes are still related to later ones.
