I doubt they are going to change the animation for the second part which is very unfortunate. They nailed the humor and it is an interesting concept. The animation makes it so much worse though. They could have put in a little more effort than they did.

How are people still hating on this.

It has its own style, and it focuses on the comedy over animation. And it's great.
Go watch Jujutsu Kaisen if you want bomb animation then.
