If it really is the op, then the op is kind of bad. I mean all the scenes we see in the youtube video are the same as the one in the trailers so they are directly from the anime, not created specifically for an opening. Also the music never reaches a climax or something like this as you would expect for a thriller/action anime like tokyo revengers. For me it's impossible that this is the op because it doesn't even look like an op ! There isn't even the credit and all the text you normally see in an op 😅.

At least I hope this isn't the op...

It is NOT the complete OP, but the music you hear in the second half of the PV is from the OP (I hope that explains it)

I really love Official Hige DANdism music and was very surprised to see one of my favorite manga to have them as the OP singer. And compared to Hinomaru Sumo OP, this one seems very bittersweet compared to a high-energy song, if you know what i mean.

Saw a japanese comment on the Youtube PV and after using Google Translate, it appears that the song lyrics are pretty sad. With that being said, this and Fumetsu no Anata E are definitely my most anticipated anime for next season :D

Yeaa it's more bitter-sweet than pure hype, which I think is the area which Higedan is good at. For example, Pretender, I LOVE... , Laughter and Yesterday are all bittersweet genre.

I was really happy to see Higedan doing this OP since Satoshi had posted in 2019 (?) that he is a big fan of Tokyo Revengers manga. It's Satoshi's dream come true!

my most anticipated anime are also Fumetsu and Tokyo Revengers, not just for the plot, but also for the music lollll. Higedan for Tokyo R and Utada Hikaru for Fumetsu! what a feast for jpop
