| ALL STAFF READ Hey everyone! I know lately a lot of staff have gone inactive or resigned, this just means that the currently active staff have to work extra hard to keep this club alive. It isn't easy to do, but if we work together, we can formulate a plan and a way to solve our current issues. For now, we need everyone who is active to reply to this message in staff chat. I will also send out a message to all staff members, you're able to respond to this message until the end of January. If a response is not received, I will assume that you are inactive and will remove you from our staff team. Don't worry, if for some reason you are not able to respond during that time, you can ask the remaining active staff members for help, and we will add you back to our staff team. As we are coming to the end of December and also the end of the year, I want to make sure we have enough card editions and activities to satisfy our members. Soon, we will conduct a vote for the editions of Feb, and March. Januarys editions will be voted upon seperatly. When asked to vote for the two months following January, you will be able to select 8 out of many editions. Since we only have a limited amount of active card maker at the moment, we will only be having 4 editions per month, not including any holiday editions or solo editions. The 8 editions which gets the highest vote will be distributed randomly for each month. I also want to start a fun event other than just card editions soon, it will be greatly appreciated if you guys could recommend stuff. A list will also be posted on the discord about all the stuff we might possibly need to do in order to keep this club alive. |

| @AkatsukiNoTeaaa What if we just made a new OMC thread? That way if one participating card maker resigned, there would still be more people there to make other cards for the new requests. We could just say that the cards from so-and-so (that resigned) aren't available for requesting anymore. And as for Discord, I wish I could see the permissions to see if there's something I could do, but I'm one of those people stuck outside of the server. I have a few different ideas that might work depending on how permissions are set up right now. When Azu does come back, it might be good to come up with a new way to let people in (like letting multiple staff let people in or something like that). Worst comes to worst, we could just put the server on hiatus for now and/or make a new one and transfer ownership when Azu comes back. |
