| Setsuno While Tbe others were busy chatting, Setsuno noticed someone from the corner of his eye. Looking over in her direction, she spots a girl sitting down not too far from their position. Uhh... Is she... Staring at us?... Wait that's more like a glare.... Why?? The thoughts went through his mind as he tried to figure out what the girl in the distance was doing from afar. |

| Yumi After failing each attempt to control two shadows at the same time, Yumi Ruffles her hair in frustration. Damn it! Why can dad control a bunch of shadows so effortlessly yet I'm sitting her struggling with two?!?! she poked the ground with her finger and sat there dragging her finger around for a minute, just sulking, before sighing. That kind of negativity will get you nowhere Yumi. Let's just do our best with what we have yeah? She nodded her head and seemed to be in a better mood. She smiled and pulled the shadow next to herself. "Now. What can we do with you today hm?" |

| Devina She stretched her arms up for a moment or two and let them fall to her side. "So what should we do now?" She asked not noticing Yumi at first. |
| Sestsuno Hearing Devina, he stopped looking in Yumi's direction, dismissing it as nothing too odd, least not out of the ordinary enough to investigate immediately. "Umm.. I'm not sure. We saw both your powers in action, and we even ate and had a small race.... I guess we should try to check out this missions center? See how things will work out in that stuff. I still need to learn a bit more as to how that stuff works, cause I only have basic knowledge of it." Setsuno shrugged a little. "I mean, it's really up to you guys, if any of you are interested." |

| Mika She was quite and observing them the whole time but when she hears the word mission she was quick to pay attention "I've been wanting to go there actually, I mostly came here to become stronger and level up" |

| Devina "I don't mind going there next. Seems like a good way to get some training in and to get better. We've got time to kill anyways." She paused for a moment. "I wonder what types of missions they have to offer considering how many different people I'm sure go here." |
| Mika "They probably have a lot of different missions but what I am concerned about is how many people can take on a mission, they probably have a limit to that" she looked at Devina "where are you from btw?" |

| Devina "That's a bit of a hard question. I haven't stayed in one place for more than a year so I'm not entirely sure how to answer that question." She said tapping her chin a couple of times. "I was born Verona Italy if that sort of answers your question." |
| Mika "yeah, that's what I was looking for, where you were born. since in the end no matter how many times you've traveled, you are from the place of your birth" she played with a piece of her hair as she looked at the sky |

| Setsuno "Well how about you Mika ? Where do you come from?" Setsuno asked. "and also, whenever you want we can head off to the mission center building. It shouldn't be too far if I remember correctly." He laughed a bit cause him saying that was ironic since he couldn't forget what he had memorized. |

Kuja During the conversation between the others Kuja had been bouncing on his heels again just listening to what was being said. As he was bouncing on his feet he looked at the corner of his eye to see a girl glaring towards them. Being confused but not paying it much heed he sent the girl staring a confused look before looking back at the conversation at hand. "I'll come with to the mission center, whenever we're ready for it" Kuja said giving Setsuno a friendly nudge. |
| Mika "I'm from England actually" she simply says not wanting to get two into her past. she looks at setsuno "we can start walking there now, just point us to the right direction" |

| Setsuno "Alright then, so we got a girl from Italy and a girl from England. Nice." He smiled and then raised his hand. "Alright my dear sheep, follow me, on to the missions center we shall go." He laughed a bit. Once more he had to lead the way, and yet again it felt like he was traveling with a small flock that would follow him around, an amusing thought he couldn't stop thinking about. He began walking in the direction of the missions center, unaware by the fact that the girl he saw a minute ago had stolen his shadow. Not that he urgently needed it for anything really. |

| Kuja Seeing Setsuno begin his walk away indicating for them to follow. Jogging up next to him "If you can to know, I'm from Denmark, but was living in England due to uhm.. unfortunate circumstances." He said as he kept pace with Setsuno He'd turn around looking at Mika and Devina to see if they planned on following as well. |
| Mika She starts to follow the guys slightly behind them "guess that's something we all have in common, we come from Europe. Im still wondering how may people can take on one mission." |

| Setsuno "Mm... Denmark, England, Italy... Nice. Indeed Europe seems to be a common thing. I feel like I'm the main outlier here in the group. You're all wind users and come from Europe haha." Setsuno laughed once more. Indeed he was the only one who wasn't like the others. It really did fascinate him. "Meanwhile I don't come from Europe nor do I have a wind based power." He chuckled. "Tis quite an interesting situation I find myself in. |

| Kuja "We're quite nicely spread around Europe." Kuja mentioned offhandedly before thinking of what Setsuno said. Looking back over at him "Now what you mention it, I at least don't know all that much about you or where you come from, but I do know that you run like a tortoise." The last line was delivered in a jovial tone, clearly indication no ill harm from the comment. "Interesting? How come" Kuja was honestly curious as to why this was interesting to Setsuno, it didn't seem the most noteworthy of things to him. |
| Mika "then where are you from, stesuno kun" she asked, she was really interested in learning about him for some strange reason "I don't consider you the outcast. if anything I consider you the leader" she says looking into setsunos eyes |

| Setsuno He stopped walking and turn around to face the others. "I guess it's a good time to reveal my own back story a bit, I assume." A smile appeared on his face as he stood straight and gave a small playful salute. "As you already know, I am Setsuno Arcanii, I was born here in Japan, but I also have Greek blood in me. You see my father was Greek, and worked at another school in Japan. He was a doctor.... And partial mad scientist ... Hehe..." Setsuno chuckles a bit while thinking of his father. "Anyways, my mother is Japanese thus the mixed race." Setsuno then tapped his rapier. "I did live in France for a bit, where I trained fencing. And although I may not run fast as some people here." He gave a playful glare at Kujo. "I can last a long time in heavy physical activity, especially fencing, which is what I'm trying to finish mastering. So that's a little info on me. Any questions you may have? I'm happy to answer, anything." |

| Kuja Stopping shortly after Setsuno had an listening to his story, set the cogs inside Kujas head into motion. Ohh, so he's of mixed heritage, you can kinda see it from his features I suppose Kuja though to himself looking Setsuno over, as he heard the remark on running and noticing the playful glare, Kuja could only chuckle in response. "I suppose I've got a question, if it's too much I don't mind you not answering it." Saying this he donned his more serious expression again, (Think of the picture I use to describe him) locking eyes with Setsuno he spoke again. "Why do you fence?Do you do it to practice for combat to gain honor,pride,perhaps another person recognition or do you simply fence because you grew up with it?" This all came out as more of a drawl compared to his prior happier tone. Saying this Kuja kept eye contact with Setsuno, very interested in the answer he'd be receiving. Thinking back to how much he'd ran to escape back memories, wondering if this was perhaps the same for Setsuno. |
| Setsuno Setsuno thought a bit about the question Kujo asked. "Well to be honest, it really started with my father making me learn fencing. I mean my father knows a bit about it, but he didn't practice it like I did. Guess he just wanted me to find something to do and strive for." Setsuno turned quiet as he thought for a bit again. "But in the end, I guess I just ended up liking it. It's a fun thing to do, always changing cause no one person is the same in how they move. Plus you have to admit some of the rapiers like mine are quite elegant, and due to my parents I love elegance." He smiled brightly now. "Fun fact though, through fencing I was able to begin to control my power. Which was good for me. Also when not using my powers it let me practice coordination while using just one eye." He patted his eye patch. "Cause I don't always use both, cause it can get annoying at times haha. So in the end, fencing started as a mandatory hobby my father had me take up for protection actually, and has turned into my life long dream to master it and as well as a perfect way of taking control of my curse.. Uh I mean... Power." He smiled again, but only slightly this time. Despite having lived a good life, he still couldn't escape the fact that the world he saw wasn't always the same. Least when his other eye was uncovered, the world would look to hectic and would really cause him to get easily stressed and annoyed. Not something he could do, since it was an inherentance of sorts from his own father, who also had his own cursed eye, just with a different use. |

| Yumi After messing around a bit with the shadow, she had a light bulb moment. What if I use this shadow, to grab the other shadows, and make one big shadow? It's still one shadow, but just a bigger one! She looked up to see the other students getting ready to leave. She grinned and sent the shadow over to the group of students. The shadow made contact with another one and actually merged together. Yumi jumped to her feet and stood there with her mouth open. "It actually worked!! Why didn't I think of it before?" She mentally pat herself on the back and continued to grab at the other shadows until there was just one blob of shadow underneath them. |

| Kuja The reasoning Setsuno had given for why he was fencing, it wasn't quite the same reason he had for running, but he could understand his reasoning for liking it. "Mhmm, I'd ask for lessons in fencing, but I really can't imagine ever using anything but my daggers in all honesty." Pulling his hands up to his shoulders and gently grasping the handles, not pulling the blades free but calmly running his fingers over the handles. "I suppose you could say the same about me, I don't want to 'master' running... But if I could become fast enough to be forever free, that's what I truly wish for. Enough about me, how come you've got an eye-patch anyway? Did you have a fencing accident when you started or something like that? And what was that about a curse?" Kuja inquired. |
| Mika she stayed quite and listening to them as they talk curse, I wonder if it was someone who gave him a curse or something. I've also heard that curses pass down from one generation to the next... maybe I'm over this over thinking this |

| Yumi She was so excited that she had thought of a new idea. In her excitement, she pulled back the blob of shadow a little too hard. It moved from under the students as if a carpet was pulled from under their feet. (Whether they trip or not is up to them. But they definitely felt some kind of tug ok) |

| Kuja Feeling a tug out of nowhere Kuja did the only sensible thing he could think of... "What the f-!?!" Was all he got out before he was face first into the ground groaning up a storm. (I will take the chance to embarrass my character!) |
| setsuno He also felt a small tug, but unlike Kijo he barely budged. "Well then... That happened.." He said as he saw Kujo on the floor. "A bit unexpected though... Especially in the middle of me revealing things!" |

| Kuja Reaching a hand up and placing it on thin air, Kuja pulled himself back to a standing position. Looking around with an angry expression scouring for whatever made him fall, he noticed the girl that was glaring before with a huge shadow moving towards her... Glancing down instead where his shadow had always been... there wasn't one? What the hell? Standing back up and facing towards the girl with the glare, he sent his own back at her, completely void of happiness or amusement. |
| Mika she also felt a small tug, she looses her balance a bit but somehow managed to not fall "phew... what was that?" she looked down and realized her shadow was also gone "what the hell......" |

| Yumi She realized what she did and looked back. "Oops!" She noticed the guy who tripped giving her a glare. She avoided looking at him, and looked around, trying to think of what to do. She scratched her cheek and looked at him with a small smile. "Ehe... Sorry?" She knew he couldn't have heard her, but she hoped he was able to read her lips. |

| Kuja Watching her strike a pose, it was kinda hard to see from this distance. "That b****... Did she just flip me off?" Was the last he said before he sped off going full sprint right off the bat, sprinting towards the girl coming to a halt right before her face. "What did you just say...?" He said with barely restrained anger gleaning from his eyes as he stared into her own. |
| Yumi She knew immediately that he wasn't able to read what she said when he sprinted over to her. She took a couple of steps back when he got all up in her face. "I think you misread what I said." She laughed a little, trying to lighten the mood, but he still had an angry look in his eyes. "I just said sorry.... " |

| Kuja Looking at her a little dumbfounded he just nodded slowly "Oh, is that so? Uhm... Apology accepted? Sorry about the whole *points at his face* glare thing" Saying this he steps a little back as well creating some more distance between them but not walking way, his face melting back into a friendly if slightly embarrassed expression. "Uhm, I'm Kuja Okinabe, I'm really sorry for... yeah..." He said scratching the back of his head |
| Yumi She scratched the back of her head and laughed awkwardly. "Ahaha no it's all good. It makes us even then I think?" She stuck out her hand to shake his. "Yumi Amagawa. Wasn't really that nice of a meeting but... Nice to meet you?" She smiles. |

| Setsuno He decided to walk up to where Kujo and the girl were at. "Is everything alright here?" He asked in a bit of a serious voice. |

| Kuja Still scratching the back of his head, he pulled his hand forward after a moment of hesitation. "Nice to meet ya Yumi-San, and I'm sorry that we started off on an awkward footing." Looking down at her and giving her a quick once over. "Uhm... And sorry about getting dirt over you from my abrupt stop..." He said feeling like a tomato had replaced his cheeks. |
| Yumi She glanced down at the dirt and just laughed. "Nah, it would've gotten dirty anyways." She brushed it off and looked up when she heard another voice. Yumi's habit of letting her thoughts slip out made her blurt out the next thing without stopping and thinking about it. "A pirate!" She smiled at him and then realized she said that out loud and slapped her hand over her mouth. WHYYYYY. She moved her hand and waved her hands around. "No wait. I didn't say that. I was... I was telling Kuja about... A joke. Yeah. That's what I was doing! Hahahaha!" |

| Kuja Cracking down with laughter Kuja was doubled over on his feet just roaring out his joy over the sudden outburst from Yumi. "Ahahaha, Setsuno-San she called you a pirate! Avast ye matie!" He said before letting himself submit to the joy he was feeling in the situation, the awkwardness from before completely fading away for him. Seeing Yumi try and play it off as a joke he coughed loudly, trying to control his laughter and failing. "Um yeah, was just a joke Setsuno-San... Ahahahahah" Kuja just gave up, he was currently in the process of bending back over and clenching his stomach from the expression Yumi had put on. |
| Mika once she saw that everything was ok, she rushed over to where yumi, setsu and Kuja where "is everything ok you guys, I kinda blanked out there for a bit" |

| Yumi Because of everything that happened, she lost concentration of her shadow, and they went back to normal. She looked at Kuja as if he betrayed her. She poked his arm and whispered. "Stop laughingggg!!" >_< She looked back over to Setsuno. "Um, no. I didn't call you a pirate! I was finishing the joke and you happened to walk up right when I said those words! Really!" |

| Setsuno "Yeah like I haven't heard that before." He rolled his eyes a bit and then shrugged. |

| Mika She chuckles a bit as she realized what was happening "now that I think about it, He does look like a pirate!" she looks at the Girl "I'm Mikaela Violet, it's nice to meet you" |

| Kuja Smiling sheepishly at Yumi having overcome his laughing fit he turned to Setsuno. "Sorry Setsuno-San, I just found it funny for some reason, hope you don't take it to heart" He said taking a step towards Setsuno to place a reassuring hand on his shoulder before leaning in and whisper "So were you a pirate before coming to school and is that other story your cover up? Because if so, I got your back." Leaning back out with a mischievous smirk on his lips and a glint in his eyes. |
| Yumi "ah.. No.. I...." Not knowing what to say, she just looked down. "I am ashamed... Sorry" She looked over to Mikaela. "Oh hi. I'm Yumi Amagawa." She gave her a small smile held out her hand to shake hands with her. |

| Mika she shakes Yumi's hand and smiles "hehe, so what was it that you was doing before, with our shadows?" she says bluntly "I can tell that you really didn't mean us any harm" she smiles again |

| Yumi She stood up straight. "Oh yeah! Sorry about that too! I got a liiiitle bit over excited and didn't realize what I did... I was just now working them for practice you know. I control shadows" she smiled at her. |

| Mika "it's ok, that sounds really interesting, how do you fight using your shadows" she was really Dupri sedan by this unique ability "well you don't have to tell me if you don't want to disclose information of course" |

| Setsuno "Well then.. This was an odd turn of events." He said. "And no I'm not some pirate..." He replied to Kujo. He then shrugged a bit. "Really though... Who expected this encounter to happen.." |

| Kuja Laughing a little, but stopping quickly since Setsuno wasn't all that amused. "Sorry Setsuno-San, was just teasing you" Saying that he backed off a bit again making some distance between him and the others. "So what're we gonna do next?" Kuja said looking at the others |
