i dont think natsume officially has any love interests in the anime or manga. He >>iS<< pretty busy, and this manga isnt suppose to be shojo (or yaoi, depending on your choice)

but i DO wish that there was a bit of romance in the anime/manga. . . wouldnt that have made everything so much more interesting? :3 Well, then it would lose the slice-of-lifeness that is Natsume Yuujinchou and it would also divide the fans. . . But that is what doujin, fanart, and fanfics are for! >:D

definitely tanuma, they're the closest + their relationship development has been really well done. out of everyone, i'd consider him the most viable option (if natsume were to have romance in it at all)
