| Contrary to what everyone in this thread claims, being attracted to other people is what I would define as healthy. If you magically stopped being attracted to other people, because you had a girlfriend I would advice you to see a therapist. Monogamy is a social construct, not an inherent part of human nature. So it would unnatural if you didn't still find others attractive. Both men and women in relationships look at others and find them attractive, they look at porn/masturbate and I don't believe anyone here is naive enough to believe they are masturbating to pictures of their SO, which means they are fantasising about other girls. Having fantasies and urges is not cheating, and it's perfectly healthy. Though when you act on them, people tend to not like that and if your girlfriend is one of those, you need to respect that or leave her for someone else. |
