I think golden time is a very good anime , very enjoyable with the right amount of drama and laughs to fill up my day. But tastes differ. I am however a little bit disappointed with the final episode . I would have wanted to see a little more of the others . I like the fact that Linda got her closure in the end, I think that that was all she and ghost Banri really needed to move on. Linda and Yana would have made a cute couple if they went a little further on that. I do however feel bad for chinami , but a little romance between her and 2d kun would have been pretty sweet tbh . I just wish that it were a 40 episode anime so we could have seen a little more of the others.

So yeah, maybe not a season 2 but an ova would be good

People actually liked the ghost? That was what killed the show. The focus was on Banri and Koko, then it shifted to Banri and his ghost which left Koko as a back seat character for the entire show.

Honestly, there are very few anime I want a sequel season for less than I do Golden Time. At most maybe an epilogue OVA would be nice, so we can get a bit of a taste of the character's lives after the fact. But an entire 2nd season would potentially ruin how great this ending was, plus there isn't as much need for one here as many other romance anime. I would argue that some where the couple don't end up together until the very end could possibly use another season, but we actually see so much more of Kouko and Banri's relationship than we do the relationships of the average romance anime, so there's barely any point to it. Golden Time is near perfect as is, and trying to inflate it more is unnecessary.

I loved Golden Time so much!!! I really want to see a season 2. Maybe make the season just focus on Banri and Kouko, make the season include the relationships of Banri X Kouko, Linda X Yana, and 2D X Chimai. Maybe have Banri and Kouko go to Paris and properly get married and show the development of the other lovers having them all meet after and tell of their stories and excitment.

Have Banri and Kouko continue their growing love showing how they mature and grow with each other. Then, have Linda start showing interest in Yana making him ecstatic, with the the help of the group, they start a relationship with each other. Next, we have 2D who still struggles in the real world and much prefers his 2D world, but as people around him fall in love it sparks an interest in him. Finally opening his heart, 2D sees how lonely Chinami is and gains an interest in her. Love and relationships grow throughout the second season showing romance at its finest in all the couples within the group from season 1.

This is one of the greatest anime i have ever seen. I would love💛💛💛to see a 2nd season of Golden Time💛💛💛 but yeh i don't there is much to work on from there, they got the whole story fitting in 24 episodes, but i really think it was a great ending and it is really okey to leave it all at that. I HOPE WE ALL CAN HAVE A GOLDEN💛TIME💛💛💛

No material for an OVA. the only part from the end they didnt cover was the final paragraph where it is revealed they have a child a year later

If they ever air next season, name it bloody Linda's time .. she was in worst than friendzone more like trash zone, and banri can be a side chick character for all I care.. they probably couldnt have sex cos he has a vagina.

Show was good but it would have been much better if it wasn't for the whole ghost. It just literally drove me insance. So, I'd see a second season just for time spent without the ghost lol
