| I don't think I've done any yet... so I should be the one thanking everyone. c: I'm getting ready to though, so if anybody sees this hold on. I'm prob going to finish them off. EDIT: Yep! Newsletters are ALL DONE! Thanks to everyone who helped or offered!! (((: @ALL STAFF- I'm still working on the changes here. I've been ridiculously busy. I've started a Wiggio.com wiki so everyone will have access to our backup documents and can then start editing major threads and the main page if they have to without worrying. :D I will need everyone to MESSAGE me your email addresses so I can add them to the account. I will have a copy of our calendar there, & any other important information you may need to know. I will send out staff updates with this information in it soon. This will not only help me organize everything, but it will be easier for us all to work on stuff together. If you do not want to opt in, that is fine, but I would really appreciate if you did. I of course will not give your email addresses out to anyone. (but they may be available for other staff members- i'll check that & get back to you in the staff newsletter) ALSO... We have reached 600+ members. Do you guys think we should have an LE for it?? I'm trying to get an idea of participation...... |

| My hw is already piled up. *screams* I have so much going on right now it's ridiculous. 600 LE will have to wait til at least next week. But inviters are still on hold so it should be okay. ***Anyone who wants to participate just begin working on them. Same rules as usual. Make 1 -2 only. Members: 1 Staff: 2 (if you made 2). Doesn't matter if it takes you awhile to deliver them lol. (& we have 2 deliverers) Just try to have near done by next Monday or so. Thx. |

| We're either going to postpone the 600 LE, or just skip it altogether. New anime season starts next week. I have to get the new polls together & stuff. I'm getting the wiggio together this week. (hopefully) So, for the people I have the email addresses of already, you should be getting an invite near the end of the week. The main reason I want the wiggio is so I can send you guys staff updates straight to your emails through one mass message. I promise I won't bug you guys all the time. ^^ |

| Sorry minna. I had to put the club on hold while I'm taking hard classes too. I still plan to rework my whole strategy here, including starting a wiggio up & getting some new staff in here. I want to say I can do this on Xmas break, but I'm still not sure. I know we need new images & I'm prob getting rid of features or changing the time frames for them. When I rework things here, I'm going to optimize the club to allow for the least amount of time to be spent here. I never thought the club would last so long. I had a lot of free time when Kittilicious & I started it. So...I'm going to look into slimming it down & will reintroduce things later after I get it all straightened out again. The problem in the past has been the high turnover rate of staff. I guess that will be the next thing on the list to fix after I slim everything down & get Wiggio going. I think I still have you guys' emails, but I'll take care of that when I get to it. Thanks for still supporting us & PCM. You guys are awesome & I still miss ya! <3<3<3 ps I'm taking free classes too offered through coursera.org. That's a big time zap lately. But it's necessary for my field. |

| Hi again everyone. I've pretty much figured out what I'm going to do with the club now. I'm still implementing everything. I think I've decided against the Wiggio group now bc I've cut a lot out of the club. It's kind of unnecessary now with the way I've decided to slim things down. We're keeping features, trimming staff, & getting rid of most season changes. I'm going to write out a better description of the changes & personally send everyone the new update. Thanks so much to the staff that has stuck around and also to those who have always supported PCM. xoxo |

| I have a few things left to do. Waiting til next week to start working on old requests and some new layouts. I know we need a facelift. I might try to incorporate some kind animations somewhere. IDK yet. Anyway, I'm just letting you guys know that I wrote out a list of things for staff to help out with. It will stay posted in post 1 of this discussion when you need to check it. I'm also posting it below to save you time. This is what is expected of you all. I'm looking for one thing a week at least, until it's newsletter time. |

| I know you already do a lot Jori-kun. ^_^ The 3 wks for staff responses is up Sunday. Since I like to be fair, I'm going to wait til then to announce the new staff list. I'll send out a copy of this along with short instructions about it with the update Monday-ish. |

| Also, I'm thinking of changing up the anime relations. (& possibly manga too) I think the way I'm doing them is not complete enough & also a bit misleading. If I changed the anime relations to shows about anime or culture otakus it might fit better. I could keep the ones we have now like that, which is maybe 15% of the list & then open it for members to help add to. Thoughts anyone? EDIT: Never mind... I talked myself into it already. :) If anyone can help me with the new anime relations, let me know. |
