| I like to mess around with Charcoal, but some of the people posting on here blow me away looking at the talent they possess. Even the creativity of idea's that I've seen done is pretty epic. If I do anything fiction/manga style I might post it so someone can get a laugh in on my lack of skillz. |

The mark of a good character design is one that you can recognize in any style. Sailor Moon is a prime example of this- You could draw them in any style and they would still be recognizable. I think the trolls are another example of this. Characters from shows like Clannad, however, don't translate well into other style because they are poorly designed. You have a fun style by the way- Very clean and graphic. Keep it up!! =) |
